Billy proudly served in the military for 8 years before being thrown into business and the hair and beauty industry, due to a relationship breakdown.
Billy was forced to take on a salon that was crippled with debt, but soon found out that he in fact loved business and loved the industry.
After taking on a business coach, Billy saved the salon from bankruptcy and went on to start a successful franchise, opening 12 salons over 5 years, in 3 different states.
After franchising, Billy started coaching and signed over 150 clients in the first 6 months.
Billy then went on to add on a marketing agency, specialising in helping salons after COVID.
He grew his team from 5 to 45 Team Members in just 12 months and serviced over 350 salons across three continents in the 18 months after COVID.
